Are there any chamber points for participation?

With rare exceptions, you always receive chamber points for further training. You can find the exact points in the announcement of the given event and I will be happy to provide information.

How can/should the year of graduation be verified?

A scanned version of the diploma is acceptable.

Can veterinary assistants also attend anesthesiology training?

Yes, of course. In many places, assistants are responsible for anesthesia. It is also very important for them to gain practical knowledge.

Can veterinary students also participate in the training? Can they receive a discount?

Yes, we welcome students, who often receive discounts on training courses. Details may vary from event to event, so please check the current announcement.

Are there breaks included in the professional program?

In theoretical classes, breaks are scheduled at fixed times. In practical training, the clinical work process is the determining factor, but of course, individual breaks can be taken at any time.

Is prior training required to participate in the exercises?

Veterinarians, senior students, and anesthesia assistants do not need any special preparation. Small group discussions are moderated to suit the level of each participant.

Can I bring my own equipment to the exercises?

Yes. You can bring whatever you can bring. I’ll show you how it works.

Is there an opportunity to discuss your own case?

Of course. Especially in small group sessions. These cases tend to be very exciting.

How many anesthesias are usually administered in a practice day?

This depends on the clinical program. Usually there are 2-4 anesthesia sessions.

Is the internship suitable for me if I want to improve my ability to anesthetize high-risk patients?

Yes, absolutely! Discussion of the general principles of anesthesia for high-risk patients is part of every practice. If you have any special needs, there will be plenty of time to discuss them.

Is the practice suitable for me if I am about to buy an anesthesia machine?

Absolutely! I would be happy to advise you on what kind of machine would be suitable and how you can use the new technology safely.
