This is a universally compatible pressure control valve that can be installed in breathing systems, preventing the airway pressure from rising to harmfully high levels.
The product includes a pressure gauge.
Advantages: small, light, cheap and practical to use.
Disadvantage: the anesthetic gas cannot be drained. However, if we set the pressure value so that the valve only opens when there is a problem, then the valve will not open during “normal” ventilation and there is no anesthetic gas contamination in the room.
The valve pressure values can be changed in the range of 5-20 centimeters of water, at these values the valve opens and the pressure does not increase further.
Recommended use: in a well-ventilated room, keeping the valve at 20 centimeters of water can be a lifesaver in the case of an overflow valve that has been forgotten closed.
The set contains: 1 adapter, 1 PEEP valve and 1 pressure gauge.
The color and shape of the PEEP valve used in the product may differ, but its function is the same.
